Hi all!
We were without internet service yet again for a whole week and 1/2! I usually don't complain (except the occassional vent with my girlfriends and ever so patient husband), but Comcast was pathetic. We spent so much time on the phone, waiting on service calls, and me leaving work early (3 times!) only to have to reschedule, that we said "enough was enough!" So... Direct TV and AT&T internet service to the rescue!
They were here when they scheduled the appointment and everything... the only downfall is:
The Big Bowl is in plain view. :( The Direct TV guy couldn't put it anywhere else b/c of all the tree coverage we have over our place... so one day, when the limbs over our house are removed, Mr. Big Bowl will be put at the back corner... out of view.
I am sorry to learn that you are no longer a Comcast customer. If there is anything I can do to get your back, please let me know. I work for Comcast.
