It was a lovely weekend on the home front.
Crafts on Friday!
We read a Blue's Clues book that prompted us to think of ways to keep cool on these hot summer days we are having! We made fans and popsicles! (The later was something that was on our summer bucket list!)
Burke was particularly intrigued with the fruit additions. :)
Friday night it was baths and early bedtimes! We seem to get into bed the earliest on Friday's! I guess we are all whipped from the week. :)
Saturday, we had a great family day!
Picking veggies at the farm early that morning, LONG naps, and an impromptu trip to Birmingham to eat out and take our family game night outside our walls!
Bowling it was!
This was a first for sister. :)
They had so much fun!
Burke even asked for me to take their picture to document. :)
The next day, we went to church and then sister and I headed to Cullman for Magan's second baby shower. Girl's day out!
We ate at Taco Mama and did some quick errands before heading to the shower!
HM ran up to Magan and gave her the biggest hug when she saw her. I can't wait to see how much she loves her new cousin in a few months!
Meanwhile... the boys had a blast too!
Ryan and Burke went to the movies and enjoyed some guy time. :)
Thankful for an easy, family centered weekend!
